Content & Image Rights Acknowledgement
Ashvyn Limited (NZBN 9429053917249) · Last updated 21 September 2026
Ashvyn GO was previously called Ashvyn Tickets. The name changed on 29 October 2026; the operator and these terms are otherwise unchanged.
Self-service organiser sign-up is not open yet. This acknowledgement will apply to organisers from the date it opens.
A short reference for the rights you confirm when you submit event content and artwork. It is not a form; the acknowledgement itself is a single tick when you submit an event.
1. What you confirm when you submit an event
When you submit an event for review you are asked to tick one box:
I confirm that I own or have permission to use the content I have submitted, and I agree to the Organiser Terms, Event Listing Guidelines and Content & Image Rights Acknowledgement.
This page explains what that means. You are asked once per submission, not once per image, and the tick is recorded against the submission.
2. Ownership and permission
- You own the content you submit, or you have the permission or licence you need to use it for your event listing.
- Something being publicly available online does not mean you have permission to use it. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Crediting the original creator alone may not give you permission.
- You are responsible for meeting the conditions of any licence that applies to the content, such as attribution or non-commercial limits.
3. No infringement or false association
- To your knowledge, your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- It does not falsely imply that a person, brand or venue is taking part in, sponsoring or endorsing your event.
4. AI-generated imagery
AI-generated artwork is allowed. It must not mislead people by presenting fictional people, venues, crowds or performers as real facts about your event. Do not use AI to imitate a real person, artist or brand without permission.
5. The licence you give Ashvyn
You give Ashvyn a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, optimise, process and display your content, and to promote your event, so we can operate Ashvyn GO. Ownership stays with you (or whoever owns it). Uploaded images may be re-encoded and resized, and their metadata removed, when we process them.
6. Restriction and removal
Ashvyn may restrict or remove content in response to a rights complaint, to comply with the law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms. To report content that infringes your rights, email tickets@ashvyn.co with a link to the event and details of your claim.
